Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Pricing and Analytics Manager to lead a pricing team across the Americas. You will develop pricing strategies, build and analyze complex quotes for RFQs, and drive revenue growth while ensuring a positive customer experience.

The role requires experience with CRM, Tableau, and ERP systems, with a focus on evolving from manual ERP/Excel quoting and designing metrics to measure pricing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years pricing analysis or financial analysis in support of sales/commercial operations.
• Expertise with analytics/statistics software suites (SAS, Minitab, Excel).
• Experience with CRM applications (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar).
• Proficiency with Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing analysts to create quotes for new and existing deals and meet quote turnaround goals.
• Design and improve RFQ processes across the Americas.
• Automate reports with CRM and Tableau integration.
• Identify actions to improve profitability and align with sales leadership.
• Develop pricing proposals for new products and services and monitor performance.
