Job summary

Engine is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead a team of about eight analysts focused on Pricing & Supply. You’ll drive pricing competitiveness, improve supplier coverage, and enhance customer experience through scalable analytics.

You will translate complex business questions into analytics plans, dashboards, experiments, and actionable recommendations, partnering across Pricing, Supply, Product, and Data.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, business analytics, data science, or related function.
• 3+ years managing analytics teams or mentoring analysts.
• Strong SQL skills on large, complex datasets.
• Ability to influence decisions using data in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building scalable analytics processes and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of ~8 data analysts for Pricing & Supply.
• Partner with Pricing, Supply, Product, and Data to set analytics priorities and drive measurable impact.
• Build an analytics operating model with governance, reporting standards, and reusable insights.
• Translate business questions into analytical plans, dashboards, experiments, and recommendations.
• Raise analytical rigor in metric definitions, storytelling, root-cause analysis, and forecasting.
