Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Portfolio Strategy, Category Management, Commercial Strategy, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience developing pricing strategies and recommendations, including strategic price increases and retailer/channel economics.
• Experience leading analytical work, testing, scenario modeling, and business cases translating data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience supporting innovation commercialization through Stage-Gate or similar processes.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling with Excel; PowerPoint proficiency; familiarity with analytics tools.

• Lead pricing elasticity, retailer economics, and consumer value analyses.
• Design pricing tests, scenario analyses, and learning agendas.
• Define Price Pack Architecture for products, formats, and price points.
• Identify portfolio whitespace and opportunities for profitable growth.
• Develop pricing strategies for innovation and Stage-Gate initiatives.
• Assess channel economics to inform pricing and packaging across channels.
• Build pricing governance and monitor everyday pricing and promotions.
• Collaborate with Trade Promotion Manager to align pricing and promotions.
• Build scalable RGM tools and frameworks for pricing and portfolio decisions.
