Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Pricing in Charlotte, NC to develop and implement pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness. This role demands strong analytical skills and expertise in spreadsheet-based data analysis.

You will build complex pricing models in Excel, generate reports, and collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to inform strategic decisions. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in pricing/analytics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain pricing models in Excel.
• Generate regular Excel reports to track pricing performance and market trends.
• Conduct in-depth spreadsheet analyses to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
• Manage and update pricing spreadsheets ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance to gather market intelligence for pricing decisions.
• Present pricing recommendations and analyses to senior management.
• Identify and implement improvements in pricing data management and reporting processes.
• Monitor pricing strategy effectiveness and adjust as needed.
