RXO, Inc. is seeking a Pricing Analyst in Chicago to support pricing inquiries and deliver accurate, competitive quotes. The role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with operations, sales, and compliance teams and contribute to pricing strategies across lanes. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1+ year in logistics or transportation, with the ability to adapt and learn

Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Comfort in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; logistics/transportation experience preferred.
1+ year of logistics or transportation experience.

Mansioni

Compile, analyze, and interpret data to support pricing strategies and decision-making.
Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts; upload and maintain rates in pricing database.
Serve as liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
Collaborate with carrier procurement and sales teams to understand market trends and pricing dynamics.
Provide timely and competitive quotes to the sales team for new lane opportunities.
Maintain understanding of market tools and trends affecting rates; adjust strategies accordingly.
Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality output.
