Ironclad Powered by Mersino seeks a Director of Pricing to lead pricing strategy and execution in a rapidly growing business. You will own pricing end-to-end, building governance, tools, and discipline across multi-segment operations, partnering with regional and national sales teams to realize margin improvements.

Reporting to the SVP of Sales, this role blends analytical rigor with commercial partnerships, driving price realization and scalable processes across an integrated organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pricing experience in industrial or equipment-related businesses.
• Proven ability to build pricing governance, architecture, and tools.
• Strong communication to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop overarching pricing strategy, segmentation, and rate architecture.
• Lead end-to-end pricing execution, including rate increases and approvals.
• Stand up deal desk with economic models for commercial decisions.
• Create pricing tools and dashboards for leadership visibility and scalability.
• Partner with sales leadership to enable pricing discipline across regions.
