Job summary

RXO Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support customers and sales reps by responding to pricing inquiries and delivering accurate, competitive quotes in a timely manner.

This role demands strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will compile and analyze data to inform pricing strategies, liaise between operations, sales, and compliance, and help expand carrier networks while adapting to market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1+ year of logistics or transportation experience, pricing exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Compile, analyze, and interpret data to support pricing strategies and decision-making.
• Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO; upload and maintain rates within the pricing database.
• Act as a liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Collaborate with carrier procurement and sales teams to understand market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Provide timely and competitive quotes to the sales team for new lane opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market tools and trends, including seasonality and rate factors.
