RXO Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support customers and sales by delivering accurate, competitive quotes in a timely manner. This role requires a highly analytical mindset and keen attention to detail.

You will compile, analyze, and interpret data to inform pricing strategies, maintain rates in the pricing database, and coordinate with operations, sales, and compliance to ensure alignment. Excel proficiency is essential.

• Collaborate with carrier procurement and sales teams to understand market trends and pricing dynamics.
• Provide timely and competitive quotes to the sales team for new lane opportunities.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market tools and trends, including seasonality, industry shifts, and factors impacting rates.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Compensation for this role is $60,000-70,000. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As a Pricing Analyst at RXO, you will support customers and sales representatives by responding to pricing inquiries and delivering accurate, competitive quotes in a timely manner. This role requires a highly analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position is based in Chicago.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Compile, analyze, and interpret data to support pricing strategies and decision-making
• Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO; upload and maintain rates within the pricing database
• Act as a liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Collaborate with carrier procurement and sales teams to understand market trends and pricing dynamics
• Provide timely and competitive quotes to the sales team for new lane opportunities
• Maintain a strong understanding of market tools and trends, including seasonality, industry shifts, and factors impacting rates

• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1+ year of logistics or transportation experience

It'd be great if you also have:

• 1+ years of related experience in pricing, logistics, or transportation
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• The ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with proven problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
