Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking an Associate Customer Accounts Analyst to provide data analysis, reporting, and operational insights focused on escalations, service performance, and execution discipline across delivery hubs.

You will monitor SLA performance, respond to leadership requests, validate data with Operations, and develop standardized dashboards in Excel to support monthly and quarterly performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work experience.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to prioritize high‑impact issues.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive with client and leadership needs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SLA performance and service metrics to identify risks or missed commitments.
• Respond to leadership requests for data, summaries, or clarification on active issues.
• Partner with Operations and internal teams to validate data accuracy and root causes on escalated items.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, and scorecards (Excel‑based).
• Support monthly and quarterly performance reporting and data governance.

They will partner closely with Customer Accounts leadership and Operations, to identify trends, support escalated issue resolution, and protect the client experience.What your day-to-day will look like:Monitor SLA performance and service metrics to identify emerging risks or missed commitmentsRespond to same‑day leadership requests for data, summaries, or clarification on active issuesPartner with Operations and internal teams to validate data accuracy and confirm root causes on escalated itemsDevelop and maintain standardized dashboards, pivot tables, and scorecards (Excel‑based)Support monthly and quarterly performanceHelp standardize reporting and improve data governance as volume and complexity growMaintain master trackers and ensure data integrity across multiple source filesIdentify emerging risk patterns, execution gaps, and repeat drivers—particularly those impacting high‑visibility customers or executive stakeholdersSupport process improvements for data collection, reporting cadence, and standardizationAt a minimum, you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experienceIt’d be great if you also have:Strong analytical judgment with the ability to prioritize high‑impact issuesOrganized, reliable, and proactive—anticipates client and leadership needsDoes this sound like you?
