Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Must hold a Journeyman license issued by the State.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems.
• Demonstrates advanced diagnostic skills across multiple equipment types.
• Responds to emergencies and oversees maintenance teams on projects.
