Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Clerk to manage CMMS (Nuvolo) administration, asset records, and maintenance planning at our Raleigh, NC facility. You will work with the Project Manager and Service Manager to ensure timely preventive actions and accurate reporting.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in CMMS systems, Excel, and data analysis, plus effective communication with field teams and clients. Training on Nuvolo and related tools will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience writing, editing, and producing professional documents.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure; manage interruptions.
• Accurate attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to interface with diverse individuals in person, by phone, and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility asset database with information from others; track warranties and repairs.
• Coordinate with leadership to create weekly, monthly, and quarterly maintenance schedules.
• Implement preventative maintenance schedules and report progress with metrics.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
• Export, analyze, and report CMMS information using Excel and related tools.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to identify field issues and drive proactive maintenance.
• Suggest workflow/process improvements to management and close gaps.
• Ensure complex work orders transition smoothly in the IDIQ program.
