Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a High School Diploma.
• 4+ years with an associate degree.
• 0+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred CMMS experience, Service Now.

Responsibilities

• Scheduler/Planner central contact for vendor team leadership, contractor management, PM planning, and task coordination.
• Partner with local training teams to ensure staff qualifications support maintenance requirements and staffing timing.
• Coordinate third-party vendors to balance workload and ensure CE resources are onsite and supervised.
• Maintain and improve CMMS accuracy and completeness.
• Train supplier resources on CMMS, provide CMMS system support, escalate issues, audit KPI reports, and suggest process improvements.
