M.C. Dean is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Clerk to manage CMMS (Nuvolo) administration, asset databases, and maintenance scheduling for critical facilities. The role collaborates with project managers and the service manager to deliver proactive maintenance and efficient workflows.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience with Nuvolo and InfraLink CMMS, and excellent communication. Opportunities include training and upward mobility within a unionized environment.

• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Must be an effective communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility asset database and CMMS records.
• Create maintenance schedules and look-ahead reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Train technicians on the Nuvolo system.
• Coordinate with procurement for orders and updates.
• Provide status updates in client meetings.
