Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Maintenance Administrative Assistant to compile and manage maintenance data using the CMMS system and related tools. The role supports the maintenance department with document control, work orders, and asset management.

The candidate will coordinate schedules, track hours, prepare reports, and liaise with managers. This on-site position emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and collaboration in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year certificate from college or technical school or six months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Compile and record maintenance data daily from various reports and PM work orders.
• Manage CMMS including asset creation, workflow, dispatching, and preventive maintenance input.
• Maintain files of documents used and prepared; organize and file records.
• Prepare and distribute work orders based on maintenance priorities.
