Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Clerk to lead CMMS administration and maintenance planning. The role focuses on maintaining the asset database, scheduling weekly/monthly/quarterly maintenance, and driving proactive issue resolution. You will work with the PM and Service Manager and support union-governed operations.

Responsibilities include data analysis, reporting, and training technicians on Nuvolo, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 0+ years of experience.
• Experience in professional writing, editing, and document production required.
• Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite.
• Experience utilizing Nuvolo CMMS and InfraLink CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the facility asset database and CMMS records.
• Coordinate with management to create maintenance schedules and look-ahead.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and inefficiencies.
• Export, analyze, and report CMMS information using Excel and other tools.
• Collaborate with QA to address field issues and drive proactive maintenance.
• Train technicians on the Nuvolo system and related processes.
• Assist with procurement and review of work orders.
