Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or diploma in nursing; BSN preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing practice.
• Oncology, pulmonary, thoracic, colorectal, or outpatient case management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; planning; implementation; evaluation) with evidence-based care.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care and support inclusive clinical environment.
• Demonstrate teamwork; participate in performance improvement and shared governance.
• Coordinate care with specialty clinics and multidisciplinary rounds; identify gaps and bridge resources.
