Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is dedicated to accelerating healthcare delivery across military, federal, and civilian sectors, delivering health operational capabilities in science, clinical work, technology, and program management.

The Prevention Coordinator will support the National Guard Bureau’s SAP and SPP programs, coordinating training, reporting data, and briefing stakeholders, with emphasis on timely DAMIS updates and compliance across state and national levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field plus four years of experience in Substance Abuse Prevention or Suicide Prevention.
• Strong briefing and instruction skills across diverse audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Excel and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefings on state and national SAP and Suicide Prevention.
• Input SAP/SP training data into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Electronically report SAP and SP training within 48 hours of completion.
• Record assessment, referral, and treatment data in DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP and SP trainings for Service members and ARNG units as required.
