Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau's Warrior Resiliency & Fitness programs focusing on substance abuse and suicide prevention. The role involves coordinating SAP/SP trainings, entering data into DAMIS, and delivering quarterly briefings.

Strong communication, organizational skills, and Excel proficiency are essential. Ideal candidates hold a related degree with four years of experience or 10 years in the field, and must pass a background check

Qualifications

Experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience.
Ability to work variable schedule including weekends.
Background check and Contractor CAC eligibility.
Strong briefing and instruction skills.

Responsibilities

Provide quarterly information briefings on SAP and Suicide Prevention at State and National levels.
Input SAP and SP training and applicable information into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
Electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
Input all assessment/referral and treatment data of Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
Coordinate and conduct SAP Training and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units.
Perform other duties as assigned.
