Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau's SAP and SPP programs. The role emphasizes delivering quarterly briefings, coordinating SAP and SP trainings, and ensuring timely data entry into DAMIS/ALURRT for service members and ARNG units.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with substantial experience in prevention programs, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends when trainings occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 4+ years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, and program and case management, or 10 years of practical experience.
• Experience in instructing and briefing skills across various audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including many weekends when state units are conducting training.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefings on SAP and SP training.
• Input SAP and SP training into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
• Input all assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP Training and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units per AR 600-85 and AR 350-53.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
