Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services, Llc is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau's SAP and Suicide Prevention programs at state and national levels. You will deliver quarterly briefings, input data into DAMIS/ALURRT, and coordinate trainings for service members and families.

The role requires strong instruction, organizational, and Excel skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage complex datasets across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong instruction and briefing skills with audience adaptability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with data and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Shall provide information briefing (Quarterly) on State and National level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Shall input SAP and SP training and applicable information into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Shall electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
• Shall input all assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP Training and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
