Job summary

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a human services field, at least three years in nonprofit settings, and a valid NJ driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field or equivalent via experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in non-profit or social service development.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community providers to facilitate trainings and workshops.
• Assist in program data collection, reporting, CQI processes and evaluation of services.
