Required: Bachelor’s in Human Services, 3+ years in non-profit or prevention work, and a valid NJ driver’s license. Salary is $57,000 with full benefits and 35-hour work weeks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services related field and minimum 3 years in non-profit or community service settings.
• Experience in developing or implementing prevention programs and building community partnerships.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with a safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with consultants, districts and providers to facilitate trainings and webinars.
• Delivers evidence-based curricula to students, families and school personnel on prevention topics.
• Collects data, supports QA, and evaluates services for target populations.
• Provides follow-up to ensure satisfaction and coordinates program services.
• Maintains accurate program records and participates in trainings to improve skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
