Job summary

Center for Family Services in New Jersey seeks a committed professional to coordinate prevention programs and collaborative trainings. The role focuses on facilitating workshops with school districts and community partners while collecting data to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor's degree in a human services field, at least three years in nonprofit settings, and a valid NJ driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

• Minimum three years' experience in non-profit or social service development.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and a vehicle with insurance.

• Assist in program data collection, reporting, CQI processes and evaluation of services.

Job Type/Status:

Monday - Friday, 35 total hours/week

Salary:

$45,000 to $52,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
• Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to the target population.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs. ? Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credits being equal to one (1) year of experience.
• Minimum three years' experience working in non-profit, social service environments in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license, safe driving record.
• Vehicle with current insurance and valid registration.
