Job summary

Center for Family Services is seeking a qualified professional to collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to deliver training, workshops, webinars, and assemblies.

The role also involves assisting in programmatic data collection, reporting, and continuous quality improvement processes to evaluate services for the target population.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required in a human services field; substitution possible with 30 college credits per year of experience.
• Minimum three years' experience in non-profit/social services, especially in development or implementation of community-based programs.
• Experience with evidence-based practice models and related training/coaching materials.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and a safe driving record; vehicle with insurance and valid registration.

Job Type/Status:

Monday - Friday, 35 total hours/week

Salary:

$45,000 to $52,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with consultants, school districts, and community service providers to facilitate training, workshops, webinars, assemblies, etc.
• Assist in the programmatic data collection, reporting, continuous quality improvement processes and evaluation of services to the target population.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field, experience in the provision of prevention related programs. ? Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional experience as indicated on a year-for-year basis with thirty (30) semester hour credits being equal to one (1) year of experience.
• Minimum three years' experience working in non-profit, social service environments in development or implementation of community-based services, prevention programs, or any other human service programs.
• Experience in implementing evidence-based practice models and other materials related to training, coaching according to policies and procedures.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license, safe driving record.
• Vehicle with current insurance and valid registration.
