Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years in a social service environment with evidence-based practice models.
• Three years of supervisory experience required.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license and a vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement programs in schools and communities.
• Establish alliances with school boards, law enforcement, healthcare providers, community centers and service providers.
• Supervise prevention specialists delivering training and workshops.
• Implement evidence-based prevention services with fidelity.
