Job summary

DWT, Inc. is recruiting a Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship Manager to lead and audit the US prevailing wage programs and IRA-related compliance.

You will coordinate training through the LMS and prepare reports for leadership, DoL, and client representatives, ensuring adherence to contracts, state, and federal requirements. The role requires strong communication, a Bachelor’s degree, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, with travel up to 10–20% and collaboration across functions to

• 5 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent training and knowledge.
• Experience with apprenticeship programs and regulatory compliance is preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and audit prevailing wage and apprenticeship programs in compliance with Davis-Bacon Act and IRA.
• Coordinate training and administrative functions via the LMS.
• Prepare reports for leadership, DoL, and clients; monitor compliance across projects.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure contractual, regulatory, and tax-credit compliance.
