Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in wage compliance/payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Review data inputs from contractors about prevailing wage and apprenticeship.
• Compare data against criteria set in project tax and finance stipulations and contract exhibit(s).
• Verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Create status reports and corrective action notes for management. Input data into dashboards for compliance reporting on a recurring basis.
• Review payroll and determine wage accuracy, fringe benefits contributions, and other aspects of labor compliance per contract requirements.
• Gather certified payrolls and related documentation; perform audits, report findings, and be the main contact for compliance.
