Job summary
Nordex North America seeks a Project Compliance Manager to lead prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance across onshore wind projects, aligning with IRA and state regulations. The role interfaces with project teams, contractors, and payroll to ensure accurate wage payments and apprenticeship participation throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Project Management, or related field.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Proficiency in data management tools and reporting software.
- Familiarity with Davis-Bacon Act, IRA provisions, and labor standards is a plus.
- PMI/ PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify prevailing wages for each job role per federal standards and monitor compliance.
- Oversee apprenticeship participation and track contractor adherence to labor ratios under IRA.
- Collect, analyze and manage compliance data and prepare timely reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and legal to ensure understanding of requirements.
