Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Compliance Manager, Asset Management, to lead a small team and drive Prevailing Wage & Apprenticeship compliance across its operating portfolio. You will coordinate with Asset Management, Operations, HR, Tax, Legal and Procurement to ensure timely reports, accuracy, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities include managing wage reports, renewals, and certificates, developing scalable processes, and training internal teams and clients on PWA requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead PWA compliance initiatives for a portfolio of operations projects, ensuring project deliverables are met to the required scope and schedule.
• Lead team members to manage project deliverables across multiple contractors and scopes to ensure adherence to project schedule.
• Represent the company in discussions with stakeholders, third party consultants and the projects customer/owner.
• Escalate project and portfolio roadblocks to senior leadership; work with direct reports to remove identified roadblocks to maintain project scope, budget and schedule.
