Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Massachusetts is seeking a Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance Specialist for an 11-month contract. This remote role includes up to 15% travel and focuses on ensuring compliance for renewable energy projects, auditing data, and producing status reports.

You will serve as the main contact for labor compliance, review contractor data, verify wage data, and support dashboards and payroll reviews to ensure adherence to client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least 3 years of wage compliance/payroll administration experience.

• Compare data against project tax and finance criteria and contract exhibits.
• Verify completeness and correctness of wage data.
• Create status reports and corrective action notes for management; input data into compliance dashboards.
• Review payroll to confirm wage accuracy, fringe benefits contributions, and other labor compliance elements per client requirements.
• Gather certified payrolls and related documentation, perform detailed audits, compose findings reports, conduct discrepancy research, and provide ongoing support for prevailing wage labor compliance.

About the role
