Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Preconstruction Compliance Specialist to support prevailing wage compliance, DBRA requirements, IRA labor standards, and apprenticeship wage compliance across projects. You will assist estimating, maintain compliance templates, and coordinate conformance with the Department of Labor.

You will work with Estimating, Payroll, HR, Operations and Project Management to ensure timely wage determinations, track compliance milestones, and stay current on labor

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in prevailing wage, labor compliance, payroll compliance, construction compliance, or related field.
• Experience researching and applying prevailing wage determinations.
• Working knowledge of Davis-Bacon and Related Acts requirements.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship wage progression and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support estimating by researching prevailing wage determinations, base wage rates, and fringe benefit requirements across multiple states, counties, and jurisdictions.
• Assist with bid preparation by identifying applicable labor standards, classifications, and compliance requirements to prevailing wage and IRA standards.
• Develop, build, maintain, and update all project compliance templates.
• Communicate the creation of new templates and all template revisions to applicable departments.
• Maintain version control and standardization of compliance documentation.
• Prepare and submit initial conformance requests to the U.S. Department of Labor.
• Maintain project compliance trackers for executed projects, compliance milestones, and key deadlines.
