Job summary

Puig is seeking an Account Executive, Prestige, for the Northeast region, covering New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. You will drive seasonal sales with major retail partners, cultivate lasting relationships, and collaborate with store teams and cross-functional partners to deliver brand excellence across Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.

You will coach beauty advisors, manage budgets, and lead in-store events while ensuring optimal staffing, merchandising, and activation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail supporting department store or beauty specialty accounts.
• Comfort reviewing sales reports and identifying opportunities to support business growth.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• A passion for prestige beauty and delivering elevated client experiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday with flexibility on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead territory by developing and executing sales strategies to exceed financial targets across key accounts.
• Regularly analyze sales trends and customer behavior to uncover actionable insights.
• Oversee performance across doors by ensuring proper staffing, merchandising, and activations.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend in line with financial guidelines.
• Build momentum at retail through in-store events and tailored promotions.
• Design and implement local training initiatives with the Education team and coach Beauty Advisors.
