Job summary

Puig is seeking an Account Executive for the Prestige Seattle region. You will drive sales growth across major retailers, train and coach in-store teams, and collaborate with visual merchandising to ensure impactful brand presentations.

The role focuses on relationship-building with store teams and cross-functional partners to grow Puig prestige brands. You will manage budgets, plan promotions, and travel up to 70-80% while embracing a hybrid work environment in support of Carolina Herrera,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail supporting department store or beauty specialty accounts.
• Experience supporting in-store teams through product education, selling support, and strong brand storytelling.
• Comfort reviewing sales reports and identifying opportunities to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead your territory by developing and executing thoughtful sales strategies that exceed targets across key accounts.
• Regularly analyze sales trends and customer behavior to uncover insights and drive growth.
• Oversee performance across doors with optimal staffing, merchandising, and activations.
• Manage budgets and allocate spend per account per guidelines.
• Build momentum at retail through in-store events and tailored promotions.
• Design and implement local training initiatives with Education team to support goals and standards.
• Provide hands-on coaching to Beauty Advisors and Makeup Artists.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of in-store talent.
