• Experience supporting in-store teams with product education and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets in key accounts.
• Analyze sales trends and customer behavior to drive growth.
• Oversee staffing, merchandising, and activations across doors.
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Store Design on campaigns.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding and development of in-store talent.
