Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service in prestige cosmetics.

You will help manage daily operations, including cash reconciliation, opening and closing duties, and coaching the sales team to hit sales and service targets. The role emphasizes initiative, a strong retail background, and the ability to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Experience coaching/mentoring to reach sales targets.
• Desirable cash reconciliation and store opening/closing experience.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Rights to live and work in the United States for interview attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and open/close on a rota.
• Lead by example and coach sales staff to meet targets.
