Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running a smooth operation. You will coach the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet sales and service targets.

Qualifications

Experience in cosmetics retail preferred.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store experience.
Desirable: supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
Experience with retail POS software.
Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.
Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
Open and close the store on a rota basis.
Maintain efficient store operations and cash handling processes.
Supervise and mentor sales team to achieve goals.
