Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is a premier global beauty company seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

You will mentor the sales team, deliver personalized service, and handle essential cash reconciliation with opening/closing duties on a rotating basis. Eligible candidates will have retail experience in cosmetics, strong leadership, and the ability to work varied hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Conduct start and end of day cash reconciliation and manage opening/closing duties on a rota basis.
• Provide coaching to the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Maintain flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and special events.
