Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in a prestige beauty environment.

You will coach a frontline team, model behaviours, handle cash reconciliation, and share responsibilities for opening and closing the store on a rota. This is the perfect step into a supervisory career with a global leader in luxury cosmetics.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to deliver inspirational customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
