Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service and achieving sales targets.

This role includes opening and closing the store, and performing cash reconciliation on a rota basis, with opportunities to grow into supervisory responsibilities. Ideal candidates have proven cosmetics retail experience, strong coaching skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to the sales team.
• Manage start/end-of-day cash reconciliation and store opening/closing shifts.
• Deliver inspirational, personalized customer service to achieve targets.
