Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and drive outstanding customer service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will coach the sales team and model behaviors to achieve sales and service goals, while handling cash reconciliations and shift openings/closings as part of a rotating schedule. The role requires retail experience, comfort with high-end cosmetics, and the ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and special events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferred in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run daily store operations.
• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to meet targets.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliations and rota-based store openings/closures.
