Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the smooth operation of the store. You will mentor the sales team and deliver inspirational, personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets.

You will also manage cash reconciliation, opening and closing the store on a rota, and contribute to a positive, luxury-branded shopping experience. This role offers progression within a leader in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example and coach the sales team to meet sales and service targets.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and assist with opening/closing on a rota basis.
