Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager and help ensure smooth store operations with inspirational, personalized service.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation at start and end of day, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule. If you have prior retail experience and are ready for your first supervisory role, this is a stepping stone to a long-term career

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably in cosmetics
• Inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory/coaching experience to meet sales targets
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events

Responsibilities
