Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures.
• Previous supervisory experience coaching others to meet sales targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run daily operations.
• Lead by example to motivate the sales team.
• Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales targets.
