Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in our San Diego store.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and share responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule. Prior retail experience, especially cosmetics, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing experience.
• Supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to achieve targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to drive sales and service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
