Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in San Diego, delivering inspiring, authentic customer service while ensuring smooth store operations.

You will lead by example, coach the sales team, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing duties on a rotating schedule as part of a long-term career with a prestige beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
