Job summary

You will stay informed about trends and product benefits, perform demonstrations, and help prepare for in-store events and services to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology or esthetician license where state law requires.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and determining needs.
• Provide exceptional guest service and personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate makeup, skincare, and fragrance applications to drive sales.
• Support in-store events and appointments to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain store standards, replenish testers, and stay informed on trends.
