Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by actively engaging guests and guiding selections in line with store standards. The role supports the Sales Manager and focuses on service, guest experience, and brand education to deliver an unrivaled shopping journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige beauty, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige category and overall sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service, greet and engage guests, and inform them of promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver enhanced guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and brand product information.
