Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests and guiding selections of color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance. This role supports the Sales Manager with a focus on service, guest experience, and in-store events, while maintaining store standards and brand compliance.

The position requires passion for the beauty industry, excellent guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge, with flexibility

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service and are informed of promotions, events and services.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
• Participate in ongoing prestige and iconic brand product training.
