Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize sales in the prestige category, engaging guests to assess their needs and assist with color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance selections. The role supports the Sales Manager through service, events, and high guest satisfaction, while upholding store standards and brand integrity.

The PBA must demonstrate passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge.

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and brand performance.
• Ensure each guest receives exceptional service with greeting, personalized assistance, and informed promotions.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver premier guest experiences.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Collaborate with managers and associates to grow the business.
