Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a motivated Prestige Beauty Advisor (PBA) to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and guiding product selections. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations while maintaining store standards and participating in events.

You will support the Sales Manager through service focus, guest experience, and adherence to procedures. A passion for beauty and strong communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology or esthetician license is required where state law applies.
• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant retail or beauty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales goals in the prestige category and engage guests to determine needs.
• Provide makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Maintain store standards, restocking, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
• Assist guests with promotions, events, and loyalty program benefits.
